• Leading a team in developing Hospital strategy and business targets, aiming to maximize revenue potential, identity growth initiatives and external opportunities, and partnering with various stakeholders to pursue business ventures.

• Coordinates with internal teams and external business partners to implement strategic and operational programs and initiatives, such as issues of clinical trial & clinical research, therapeutics & diagnostics, translational medicine, precision medicine/personalized medicine;

• Coordinating the development of additional hospital projects;

• Assist the respective HOD's in their daily management and decision-making actions;

• Preside over and serve on various operational and management committees;

• Present reports concerning activities, expenses, budgets, government statutes or rulings, or other items affecting businesses or program services

• Implementation & realization of most of cutting edge hospital management solutions;

• Master Degree above, major in Clinical medical or related filed.

• The successful candidate will likely have 10+ years' experience in hospital management.

• Strong commercial acumen, naturally energised by holding and delivering target.

• Very good communication skills.
