• Report directly to the School Board
• Provide strategic and academic leadership across the Primary and Lower Secondary divisions
• Lead curriculum integration and vertical alignment across grade levels
• Strengthen academic standards and whole-school teaching quality
• Enhance the school’s institutional positioning and long-term development strategy
• Drive school improvement initiatives and support sustainable growth
• Collaborate closely with academic leaders, teachers, parents, and stakeholders
• Promote an international, student-centered learning environment aligned with the school vision

Qualifications & requirements
• Senior leadership experience in an international or bilingual school required
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum framework and/or A-Level pathways required
• Familiarity with both international and local curricula preferred
• Proven track record of strategic school improvement and academic leadership
• Experience in school growth, expansion, or institutional transformation highly desirable
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills required
• Strong commitment to educational excellence and whole-child development preferred
