Head of product - Sales & Marketing AI

Our team creates AI and Big Data based products for Intel Sales and Marketing global organization, supporting more than 2000 sellers, selling millions of units in over $70B annually.

Our products use multiple data sources, including social media, companies’ websites and sales history, on which advanced AI and NLP techniques are applied. Our growing portfolio of products includes products that provides non-trivial actionable insights for Intel sellers, as well as autonomous capabilities  integrating directly to marketing automation tools to activate the insights and turn them into actionable sales motions. We are looking for head of product for sales AI, to shape our products portfolio into its next stage. As head of product, you will be accountable for the creation and success of exciting products, that have a huge impact on Intel’s bottom line, creating an industry leading AI based sales activities.

Qualifications

In this role you will focus on aligning Sales AI product strategy with the business strategy, lead and coach a team of product analysts and product managers to shape the product.

You should demonstrate excellent product visioning and management skills as well as deep SW and AI technologies understanding.

The ideal candidate should have: 

 Minimum qualifications:

• BSc/ MSc in Information Technology/ Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering or similar with 7+ years of relevant technical experience
• Data Science techniques knowledge through professional or academic experience
• Proven track record of 5+ years in creating and managing successful products in at least one of: AI, Big Data, Data and analytics platform, intricate and data savvy SW. Leading product analysts and interacting closely with R&D and Data science teams
• Experience with Machine Learning product management from exploration (using known methodologies like CRISP-DM) all the way through development, deployment, and customer success.
• Proven experience in managing/leading product teams
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent stakeholders mgmt. skills and ability to work with and influence on stakeholders in all seniority levels
• Passion and creativity to solve business problems with data and AI techniques
• Sharp mind and great analytical and learning skills accompanied by curiosity and independence

Preferred qualifications:

• Deep understanding of modern SW technologies and architecture
• Deep business acumen in one of the following domains:  Sales and Marketing in B2B companies, turning data into insights for sellers\marketers, market intelligence etc.
