Job Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company annual/quarterly reports and submit to headquarter.
• Arrange daily communication with overseas headquarter.
• Communicate with Local/International Law firm and related Legal Team for compliance.
• Communicate with our financial team to conclude monthly/quarterly/annual Audit.
• Be responsible for administration work related to headquarter.


Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law or Administration Management
- Native level or Native English speaker, Chinese is a plus
- 1-2 years related working experience in European company
- Excellent writing skill
- Professional in computer skill
