Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Partners with the respective business leaders and functions to translate business requirements into HR processes and systems that deliver business results. Takes a lead role in utilizing HR expertise to address business needs and understands the business impact of delivering results while upholding the company core values.
Provides consultative organizational development to drive organizational effectiveness and identifies organizational issues/misalignments that are affecting business operations and results.
Solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and technical experience in own discipline with a moderate level of guidance.
Analyses factual information and possible solutions and makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations.
Delivers key HR processes such as talent management, performance management, change management, workforce planning, anticipating recruitment needs, etc.
Leverages available CoE design/conceptual expertise and the HR Services unit for solutions provided to the business. Responsible to work with the COEs to input the business requirements and validate via strong stakeholder management the conceptual design.
Effectively participates as an integral team member of the HR group. Participates in and/or leads HR projects and initiatives. Demonstrates ability to work remotely (remote from leadership/team/accounts) and leverage all vehicles for communication.
Demonstrates ability and willingness to align local implementation with global business requirements following implementation of the New Leadership Organization (NLO).

Education and Skills:
University degree (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology)
8-10 years of work experience as an HR Business Partner or in a related function
Experience working in complex multicultural business environment, ideally bringing in a global mindset and intercultural awareness
Extensive knowledge of globally applied HR resp. management processes, programs and instruments (e.g. Performance / Talent / Change Mgt., Organizational Development)
Distinct business orientation to provide business-oriented solutions
High level of seniority and credibility, ability to work at eye level with senior leaders in business and in HR
Proficient command of English (business-fluent, spoken and written)
High level of Project Management skills
High level of strategic orientation, results orientation, communication with impact, leading people
