Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES

职责概要:


To abide by all the hotel policies, procedures, regulations and standards, while striving towards total guest/member satisfaction. To ensure that swimming pool operations are working in a professional manner at all times including a day to day team working. Ensure that the swimming pool area is running smoothly in a 100% safe way in anytime, and provides courteous and efficient service to guests. Will perform Health Club other position’s responsibilities and duties when assigned. Work with all team members to ensure a correct, safe and smoothly-operating department.

遵守酒店的规章制度,遵从酒店的操作程序和标准,努力工作使客人满意。确保游泳池每天以专业的方式运作,并强调团队合作。保证游泳池区域在任何时候100%安全,并向客人提供礼貌的、高效的服务。在必要时需接受健康中心其他岗位的工作指派,与部门同事一起,保证部门以正确的、安全的、顺利的方式来运转。


SPECIFIC DUTIES

工作任务 :


1. Administrative 管理要求

  • Sign in/sign out at Reception, attend a daily department meeting every working day.

    每天上班在接待台签到/签出,出席部门每日例会。

  • Prior read department/section log book to get updated information & instruction.

    第一时间察看部门/分部门的留言薄,以得到最新的工作指令和工作信息。

  • Follow the department weekly duty roster available at reception counter. Any change for the shifts must be approved prior by both supervisor and manager.

    按照部门每周排班表上班,在部门接待台察看排班表。任何班次的变动必须事先经过主管和经理的批准。

  • Ensure properly groomed and wear clean uniform including name tag at all times. Carry the Basic card and know the Basic of the Day.

    确保在酒店时仪容仪表符合标准,穿着干净的、符合标准的制服,佩戴名牌。万豪服务精神卡片要随时带在身上并熟悉当天的基本须知。

  • Always practice team work and effective job not only on the pool area, but in the changing room and Reception area.

    总是发挥团队精神,并且高效地对待游泳池工作、更衣室工作以及接待区域的工作。

  • Ensure department standard of cleanliness is maintained by outstanding in all times.

    确保整个部门的清洁工作一直保持高标准。

  • Fully understand and carry out hotel safety standard and procedure in all time.

    在任何时候,完全熟悉并且执行酒店安全标准和安全程序。

  • Maintain a good working relationship with the associate and other departments.

    与同事以及其他部门维持良好的工作关系。

  • Fully understand the instruction of job assignment from supervisor/manager in all time. If has any questions or not clear things, must ask to clarify all details.

    必须完全明白来自主管/经理的工作分派指令。如有疑问或不清楚,必须问清楚。

  • Must clear health club daily opening/closing procedure and requirement, must carry out accordingly.

    必须清楚健身中心每日营业的开门/关门程序和要求,并照此要求执行。

    k. Must fully know all “rules & regulations” of HC facilities, and carry out in daily work.

    必须完全掌握健身中心所有设施的“使用规则”,并且在每日工作中执行。

    l. Must fully know all selling prices of HC items (membership, pro-shop items, personal training sessions etc), and give properly answer upon required.

    必须完全了解所有健身中心销售品的价格(会员价格、小卖部物品、私人教练价格等等),并且能够在被询问时正确地回答。

    m. If find/feel any abnormal situation in work area, must report to supervisor/manager immediately.

    如果在工作区域发现/感觉任何不正常情况,必须马上报告给主管/经理。

2. Safety安全

  • Ensure all the pool area under observation.

    确保游泳池所有区域在视线的观察范围内。

  • Foresee all kind of abnormal situation and earlier action must be taken immediately.

    预见各种不安全隐患,并立即采取行动杜绝危险情况的发生。

  • To check all life-saving equipment everyday, ensure it’s in good conditions.

    每天检查所有救生设备,保证设备完好。

  • Must pass annually lifeguard certificate test by government association.

    必须通过年度救生协会的救生员证年检。

  • Ensure poolside and foot pool area free of water in all time.

    确保游泳池边区域和脚池区域任何时候无积水。

  • Check the water quality every 2 hours and record it, such as the figures of chlorine, PH, as well as water/air temperature.

    每2小时测试水质指标诸如余氯,PH值以及水温/气温,并做好书面记录。

  • Count and record each swimmer, report total user number to health club receptionist in the end of afternoon shift.

    记录当班时游泳人数。每天中班下班前报给健身中心接待员。

  • Fully understand the rules & regulations of pool, and carry out in all time.

    完全掌握游泳池规则,并且在任何时候监督执行。

  • Fully understand the rules & regulations of Gym & changing room, and carry out in all time.

    完全掌握健身房、更衣室规则,并且在任何时候监督执行。

  • Practice swimming & life-saving skill regularly according to the schedule from HC manager. Also need give workmates necessary swimming and life-saving training depends on requirement of HC manager.

    按照健身中心经理的要求和时间表进行有规律的游泳和救生训练。同时指导部门同事进行必要的游泳和救生训练。

  • Understand hotel fire and emergency procedure.

    掌握酒店的消防和应急程序。


3. Service服务
  • Must understand smiling, greeting is important and necessary in all time.

    必须明白微笑和问候是非常重要的和必须的,在任何时候。

  • Care each guest not only in the swimming pool area, but in all hotel area.

    时刻关注客人,不仅仅在游泳池区域,而且在酒店的任何区域。

  • Pay attention to self manner such as smiling, eye contact, greeting and body language.

    随时注意自己的礼貌,包括微笑、眼神接触、问候,以及礼貌的身体语言。

  • To solve guest’s problem as soon as you can. Immediately report to supervisor/manager if you can not handle their problems.

    帮助客人解决他们的问题。如果遇到的问题超出你的能力或者权限,应该立即向主管或经理汇报。

  • Ensure guest towels and eye drops available and display in order in all time.

    保证客用毛巾和眼药水随时有充足备用,并且摆放整齐。


  • Cleanness清洁
  • Ensure foot pool was emptied after finish operation. Deep clean the foot pool bottom and side wall before fill in water and after empty.

    确保每天营业结束后放空脚池水。放空后和注水前均必须把脚池的底部和侧壁作深度清洁。

  • To clean/wipe all pool furniture everyday. Keep all furniture, pool floor and corridor free of water in all time.

    每天清洁/擦拭游泳池家具。在任何时间保证家具干净无水渍,游泳池、走廊地面无积水。

  • After every afternoon shift, should put the automatic pool water vacuum into the pool to clean the pool.

    每天中班结束后应该把自动水下吸尘器放进泳池中清洁泳池。

  • Ensure all rubbish bins are clean and in good condition in all time.

    确保所有垃圾桶任何时候干净、无缺损。

  • Pool water and foot pool water should be best condition in all time.

    游泳池和脚池水任何时候要保持最好水质。

  • To clean ***/*** changing room in case of the pool safety is 100%.

    在保证游泳池100%安全的情况下,帮助做好男/女更衣室的清洁。


  • Membership relations Membership Sales会员关系维护以及会员卡销售
  • Pay attention to any guests whom visiting Gym, Pool and changing room.

    当有客人参观健身中心设施时,要多关注他们。

  • Must know all kind of membership rate, membership application procedure, and member’s benefits.

    必须清楚不同种类会员的价格,申请会员的程序,以及会员福利细节。

  • Actively and warmly conversation with members should be followed always. Introduce yourself and facilities using procedure to member especially new member.

    应该热情、主动地与会员交谈,主动向会员介绍你自己,以及介绍健身中心设施的使用程序,尤其是对新会员。

  • Must know every health club member, especially new member. Greeting them by family name Mr, Mrs, or Ms. Knows their favourite sports and exercises habit in our health club.

    必须知道健身中心的每一位会员,尤其是新会员。问候他们以姓氏:XX先生/XX***/XX太太。了解他们在健身中心的运动喜好和习惯。

  • Always support members by professional way. If not sure how to answer or solve their questions/problems, report to supervisor/manager immediately.

    总是向会员提供专业的服务和支持。如果不清楚如何回答/解决会员的问题,应该立即向主管或经理汇报。
