Health Economics Senior Manager in Amgen Spain will assist in leading a Franchise' access strategy . Working closely with cross functional partners (Value Access Manager, Medical Advisor, etc) you will demonstrate the value of Amgen medicines to enable optimal market access, reimbursement and brand growth for lifecycle management. You will provide leadership and expertise in health outcomes and health economics data and information that will be useful internally. In addition you will coordinate the development of quality, impactful HEOR and real-world evidence generation. This position reports to the Head of Health Economics.
Responsibilities:
Development and adaptation of economic evaluation models in health (cost effectiveness, budget impact, cost calculator, etc.)
Development and adaptation of valuable dossiers
Implementation, monitoring and analysis of observational studies
Development of publications (manuscripts, abstracts and poster for conferences)
Reviews and updates of the P&F DB of products of the company and competitors
Development of educational materials in the area of Health Economics
Participation in strategic access and product meetings
General Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
6 years' Health economics experience required (Develop models from scratch and local adaptation, develop local value dossier)
Experience in reimbursement and/or market access is a plus.
Expertise in health economic analyses, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective and prospective observational studies and their application to evaluate and deliver the value of medicines
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple product responsibilities.
Functions independently

Must have strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at all levels in the organization and with several stakeholders.
Excellent computer and software skills word processing, to develop presentation and different materials.
