He/she is responsible for keeping the site align with all Health and Safety regulations defined by law and company internal procedures.

Core Responsibilities

1. Occupational medical checking
2. Contact to hospital for the medical checking.
3. Handle all first aid boxes in factory
4. Ergonomic: working environment, lighting, manual handing; reparative work; noise control; humidity; office work;
5. Inspection: regular factory health
6. First aider training /refresh/ management/ internal practice/
7. Industrial hygiene monitoring
8. Prepare health training
9. Stress management
10. Canteen hygiene monitoring
11. Support following related EHS activities
12. Conduct regular on-site hazard assessments. Identify hazards and unsafe work practices and provide recommendations on how to eliminate these issues
13. Assist in performing compliance audits and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Policy
14. Support in house safety training with EHS BP
15. Support/Organize day to day EHS activities
16. Monitor and audits environmental, health and safety policies
17. Implement health and safety procedures to ensure that our employees have a safe work environment
18. Provide support and administrative assistance on safety-related compliance projects, safety oversight, document management and safety audit
19.Undertake the investigation of accidents, incidents or near misses to figure out underlying causes. Complete the necessary forms to document these incidents immediately.

Do you have what it takes?

1.Experience within EHS Processes and Occupational health and hazards in international/multicultural environment
2.General knowledge of Labor related legislation
3.Bachelor Degree or higher
4.Minimum 3 years of experience in balancing health/EHS program in manufacturing/ construction or other heavy industries
5. Conversant with Industrial Hygiene related laws and regulation
6.Good interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders/ customers on various levels
7.Routine user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
8.Interest and ability to build proven business understanding is a necessity.
9.Ability to plan aggressively and anticipate needs.
