Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support and help uplift sales by analyzing sales trend and implementing strategies as directed by Product Marketing Manager.
  • Assist to oversee the daily operation of the Product Marketing Department, including all preparation of marketing and training materials, communications on both internal and external levels Assist and support the Product Marketing Manager to develop the strategies to increase overall sales.
  • Handle product launch materials and identify target market for each product. Ensure all the marketing tools and materials are well developed for each product.
  • Ensure all product lines are promoted regularly in different channels, such as through daily Facebook post, weekly company news, bi-monthly company magazines. In addition, monitor display setups at company Showcase to ensure it meets with the focus themes.
  • Work closely with logistic team to monitor the inventory level. Identify possible sales promotions to uplift the low sellers.
  • Support and conduct internal training for staffs to enhance their knowledge on different product lines.
  • Enhance content materials in the shopping sites in order to improve the shopping experience from consumers as directed by Product Marketing Manager. Prepare materials in professional ways with marketing elements.
  • Work with Sales & Communications Department to support products related events/activities. 
  • Ensure all other selected activities (including various Company functions) as directed by superior are completed in the most effective and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Nutrition Science or equivalent
  • Additional knowledge/credit in Personal Care Products and Cosmetics will be an advantage
  • Exposure in supplement, beauty and skincare products is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the product marketing field while at least 1-2 years in managing projects and people; experience in Direct Selling is an advantage
  • Solid experience in holding training sessions, including from research, PowerPoint preparation and final presentation. Always present him/herself in a professional business manner
  • Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
  • Good initiative, ability to guide, coach & motivate others.
  • Independent and resourceful with good organizational skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS skills, especially in MS PowerPoint application, Photoshop, etc
  • Able to commit him/herself outside of office hours when necessary
