Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of the HSE and Food Safety Management Systems within the lounge business
  • Support the deployment of HSE and Food Safety Improvement Programs (SIP)
  • Develop, review and implement the requirements and procedures on occupational health & safety and environmental protection system
  • Design and conduct HSE training for Senior leaders and Frontline staff, and conduct HSE Induction as required
  • Lead the ISO 14001 efforts within the organisation
  • Conduct HSE audits to ensure operational compliance with a risk-based approach, advise and monitor the operation team to follow all EHS relevant matters
  • Investigate the EHS related incidents to determine root cause and propose corrective action plans and share knowledge with operations managers/ supervisors
  • Support the HSE Audit program by conducting site visits as required

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in environmental, health & safety discipline or equivalent or Registered Safety Officer (RSO)
  • At least 5 years EHS related working experience in managerial position, preferably in aviation, hospitality or food & beverage industry
  • Proven experience in the implementation and management of HSE programs
  • Strong sense of responsibility with excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good organisational, communication and presentational skills
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
