Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the HSE and Food Safety Management Systems within the lounge business
- Support the deployment of HSE and Food Safety Improvement Programs (SIP)
- Develop, review and implement the requirements and procedures on occupational health & safety and environmental protection system
- Design and conduct HSE training for Senior leaders and Frontline staff, and conduct HSE Induction as required
- Lead the ISO 14001 efforts within the organisation
- Conduct HSE audits to ensure operational compliance with a risk-based approach, advise and monitor the operation team to follow all EHS relevant matters
- Investigate the EHS related incidents to determine root cause and propose corrective action plans and share knowledge with operations managers/ supervisors
- Support the HSE Audit program by conducting site visits as required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or Master degree in environmental, health & safety discipline or equivalent or Registered Safety Officer (RSO)
- At least 5 years EHS related working experience in managerial position, preferably in aviation, hospitality or food & beverage industry
- Proven experience in the implementation and management of HSE programs
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent interpersonal and project management skills
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good organisational, communication and presentational skills
- Self-motivated and can work independently
