Job Description
Join us at Siemens as a Health and Wellbeing Manager to develop and lead our health and wellbeing strategy, management systems, governance processes, and assurance activity. You will work with key stakeholders to ensure implementation across the Siemens PLC businesses. You will develop and lead a delivery programme that will support, engage and enable our people in assuring their health and wellbeing. This will be a hybrid role, with a combination of home working, office working and travel across the UK when required. Key Accountabilities Oversee effective delivery through suppliers and service partners utilising management information to refine and enhance the service offering Offering in house service such as Wellbeing Training, Wellbeing checks and critical analysis of Occupational health and wellbeing data such as statistics, management reports and referral reports action planning Champion effective and proportionate management of health and wellbeing risk and drive a collaborative approach to continual improvement in pursuit of excellence. Act as an expert adviser and critical friend to the leadership team, management and staff, and engage in developing the EHS team to ensure sustainability of the function. Conduct Occupational Health reviews on PLC businesses to ensure compliance to relevant legislation and best practice. Support development of risk control strategies and provide coaching and advice to support best practice and consistency across the business. Support development and implementation of a structured communication strategy across the business Provide expert advice and oversee development of technical material to support timely development of health and wellbeing material. Qualifications, Experience and Competence required: Occupational Health & Safety Diploma or other relevant Health Management qualification Significant work experience in a similar role covering both health and wellbeing Expert knowledge of COSHH, Control of vibration and noise regulation and demonstrable evidence of ensuring compliance with the occupation hygiene requirements of these pieces of legislation as minimum. Extensive experience in delivering training programmes required (Coaching and/or training qualification would be advantageous) Membership of an appropriate professional body, IOSH or similar Excellent skills and extensive experience of managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and complex issues and to develop effective and appropriate action plans for remediation Ability to undertake wellbeing checks, facilitate 1-1 sessions with employees Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, annual bonus, 26 days holiday allowance, competitive pension scheme and other flexible benefits.
