Mars Wrigley are currently seeking a proactive Health & Wellbeing Specialist to join our Human Resources team in a full-time capacity to be based on site in Ballarat (we may consider relocation for Melbourne based candidates).
In this role you will be responsible for managing the site Health & Wellbeing program, injury and return to work management for Associates as well as the coordination of Occupational Health requirements for the site.
What would be your key responsibilities?
• Work with injured Associates, line managers, and treaters to facilitate a prompt and safe return to work
• Develop and engage key internal stakeholders (including Leadership teams) on a strategic approach to improve Associate’s energy and health
• Develop and deliver wellbeing content and programs to site-based Associates
• Maintain electronic health case files for all associates
• Monitor, manage, and promote EAP services
What are we looking for?
• Tertiary qualification in a Medical or Health discipline (i.e Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or Nursing)
• Significant Injury Management / Return to Work experience
• Experience in public, community, or workplace health
• Exposure to designing and delivering workplace health and wellbeing programs
• High level of integrity and trust
