Job Description

To manage and support the bancassurance channel requirements for Health & Wellness and work closely with the bancassurance task force leads, and handle all sales strategy support and monitoring, engagement initiatives, operations, campaigns and communications.

Sales Strategy Support and Monitoring

  • Act as lead person of assigned distribution channel
  • Work closely with distribution stakeholders, Head of Health & Wellness and CMO in formulating strategies and clear action plan, KPIs and timelines
  • Work with Channel Head/key stakeholders to establish production performance dashboard and sales activity ratio; liaise closely to identify and address performance gaps and opportunities
  • Drive successful roll-out of Health & Wellness initiatives including but not limited to the AIA Vitality program

Channel Engagement

  • Introduce tactical campaigns to drive stakeholder engagement including bank partner and recommend game-changing, innovative ideas to achieve business objectives
  • Support team in the development and implementation of a solid AIA Vitality Coach/Health & Wellness Coach program that will promote program mastery and engagement
  • Provide regular updates via distribution portal, territory social media sites, sales activity sessions and other available venues
  • Liaise with functional channel leads in ensuring awareness and timely deliverables of defined initiatives

Channel Communications

  • Collaborate with team to ensure availability of full range of marketing support and help strengthen the proposition and engagement drivers
  • Provide content and help produce communications tools to distribution
  • Align and update key messages disseminated through training et al
  • Report key issues and feedback from functional channel leads and provide solutions
  • Share successes and learnings from other Health & Wellness operating markets to regularly encourage and engage distribution

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • A university graduate, or equivalent, preferably with experience in bancassurance sales & marketing
  • Strong communication skills across a range of mediums—written, oral and presentation
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Pleasant personality, independent and proactive
