Responsible for partner relationship building and driving member engagement & communications

- Handles partnership building, customer engagement and client communication strategy for AIA PH's health & wellness program

- Responsible for end-to-end implementation of customer campaigns and cross-marketing initiatives to increase client engagement, build brand loyalty and drive partner revenue utilization

- Spearheads planning, conceptualization, development and fine-tuning of marketing communications inclusive of manuals, email spiels, app copy, web copy, brochures, digital advertisements and direct mail

- Handles development and implementation of full-year communications plan to aggressively promote the campaigns and program

- Works cross-functionally to develop customer-centric improvement projects through concept, design, development, deployment and post-launch analysis to provide seamless customer experience

- Mounts lead generation activities to drive new business in collaboration with distribution channels

- Enhances program member benefit through introduction of new partnership opportunities while maintaining strong working relationships with existing partner organizations

- Conducts regular business reviews, operations meetings and process improvements to reduce member escalation

- Leverage on good relations to get additional partner concessions and partner-sponsored prizes to drive member engagement

- Negotiates discount schemes (volume discounts and status-based tiered discounts)

- Conducts mystery shopping and partner training to ensure partner frontliners are knowledgeable about the partnership and member journey

- Embedding governance, risk and compliance in the business unit operations, discipline and culture through:

  1. quarterly residual risk assessment'

  2. regular business unit risk management committee meeting

  3. promoting speak up culture through proper and timely reporting of risk issues and compliance concerns

  4. cascading new and/or revised policies and standards and communicate its relevance to business unit
