This role will be accountable for ensuring the successful, ongoing execution of key services provided to AIA PH / BPI AIA customers with focus on but not limited to AIA Vitality. These include:

• Ensuring the operational integrity of the AIA Vitality program and a good quality experience for clients
• Overseeing the development of projects and systems enhancements to improve key customer journeys, especially sales, onboarding, after-sales, and renewal, and enabling the growth of the business
• Maintaining a robust AIA Vitality partner network that offers a compelling value proposition and seamless experience to customers using AIA Vitality
• Ensuring cost effective delivery and administration of key product concepts including rewards, data integration, and healthcare partnerships

• Manage the development, testing, review and sign-off of enhancements to systems and services
  • Use regular engagement with counterparts in AIA Group and Discovery to understand and implement best practices and new product concepts
  • Support the introduction and innovation of new partners and product concepts
  • Champion enhancements to supporting systems outside of AIA Vitality such as sales interfaces, payment gateways, policy administration systems, and customer self-service

• Manage the AIA Vitality network of partners to ensure quality benefits and integrity of the program
  • Manage ongoing relationships with partners in the network, exploring opportunities for cross-promotion and mutual benefit, in collaboration with H&W Partnership Consultant
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews of partnership performance in revenue and value added, in collaboration with H&W Partnership Consultant
  • Review performance of front-liners to standard operating procedures through mystery shopping, training, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate day to day exchange including corporate orders, voucher or promo codes requests, AIA Vitality sponsored events sponsorship & logistics requirements
• Accountable for curating knowledge management on essential business documentation including
  • Standard Operational Processes (SOPs)
  • Business Requirements Documentation (BRDs)
  • Change Requests (CRs)
  • Manuals and user guides (developed and maintained in tandem with ops training support)
