This full-time HCS Specialist role is remote and can be based in the South or Midlands of England, and comes with a generous salary and benefits package. As a flexible Healthcare Consulting Solutions Specialist, you will be dedicated to achieving sales success and growth for Siemens Healthineers by developing convincing customised solutions for customers. You will also engage with customers as they transition their processes, guiding and mentoring them to get from the current to future state with the most efficient methods possible. Please note, this is a field-based position that requires significant travel and time away from home. In your first few weeks in this HCS Specialist job, you can expect to: Utilise HCS tools and processes to meet the needs of the GB&I network customer landscape with regards to staffing profiles, cost-saving, networks optimisation and logistics Contribute to developing customer evidence that can be published either internally or externally as a white paper to support our sales effort Perform pre-sales operational assessments for prioritised automation prospects according to the sales engagement plan Answer specific questions that fall within the HCS domain Oversee and encourage delivery of proposed processes around the concepts developed at the pre-sales stage To succeed in this Healthcare Consulting Solutions Specialist role, you will need a formal education to degree level or equivalent in Life Science. You will also need to be fully conversant with laboratory operations, terms and technologies in blood sciences, and it is desirable that you have direct clinical laboratory experience. In addition, you should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to implement sustainable lean initiatives within a healthcare environment successfully.
