About the role As Healthcare IT Engineer, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall sales success & growth of the company, by providing installation ¶meterization services in our offered solutions. Areas of responsibilities: Installation of new Syngo equipment with completion of installation and Startup Protocol as per guideline of Syngo Business unit Installation, parameterization, customization of offered solutions such as Radiology Information System- Screening Navigator, Vendor Neutral Archive (syngo.share), Advanced Visualization Cluster (syngo.via Enterprise) Implementation of the Hardware, installation of the basic PACS/AV/VNA software PACS/VNA/AV application support to radiologists (layouts, hanging protocols, customization etc) System configuration and integration into the IT environment of the customer Technical solutions establishment, maintenance, and monitoring EPS (Enhanced productivity services) Functionalities enablement according to requirements to execute EPS Service Compliance with national / local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare Maintenance of highest level of customer care within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, by supporting the customer service organizations in monitoring and troubleshooting the systems Education & Experience Degree in Informatics Technology Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or/and HIT customer service (networking, routers/switches,Windows/Linux Servers,infrastructure virtualization, DICOM/HL7/ FHIR) Experience with installation and troubleshooting of servers, switches and storage devices Hands on experience with Hyper-V and ESXi hypervisors Scripting knowledge Experience with PACS/RIS/HIS/VNA Knowledge of both Greek and English language Note: This is a field-based position which may require travel and time away from home.
