Join our Smart Infrastructure Division as a Healthcare Sales Professional and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. The Siemens Healthcare Sales Professional brings his/ her own network in Healthcare in the UK to promote the Building Robotics Inc (BRI) portfolio and solutions in the NHS Trusts in the UK. The position will seek out new sales opportunities helping clients resolve challenges around Sustainability, Asset Tracking, Operational Efficiency gains, Space Efficiency gains and Reliability leveraging the sensoring offering of BRI, the Space analytics SaaS as well as the Real Time Location Services offering of BRI. Change the future with us. • The successful candidate should have extensive experience in successfully closing sales in the Healthcare sector. • Initiates, develops and successfully closes business opportunities in the Healthcare sector in the UK • Develops and propose sales budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s). • Sets channel strategy/incentive programs and executes to hit sales goals within the network. • Supports strategic business development for partners, Solicit new business from current customers and potential new customers in area and accounts of responsibility. • Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning. • Execute sales activities across all phases of the sales cycle for the BRI portfolio to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets • Prepares bids and proposals in response to solicited & unsolicited RFQ’s. What you need to make real what matters. • BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Extensive experience in Healthcare sales of IoT technologies & solutions. • Proven track record in successfully closing sales in the Healthcare sector. • Ability to execute business strategy and contribute to targeted sales, relationship management objectives and business returns • Ability to prepare & present presentations that conform to prescribed style and format including presenting information to top management and public groups. • Ability to structure standard and complex product offerings • Demonstrated ability to execute sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profitable growth and expansion of company products and/or services. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet research. • Proficient in CRM software, SAP and Vista.
