Main responsibilities and activities:

Deliver appropriate care support work training, including practical components, to students in China
Adapt training as needed for different learning styles
Assess students as competent or incompetent upon completion of training
Provide orientation and induction for competent students
Evaluation of training modules
Assist in the development and continuous improvement of training modules
Attend meetings and contribute as required
Understanding of Work Health and Safety practice and procedures relevant to care support work and work environment
Regular reporting to General Manager regarding student feedback, WHS issues and ongoing support and supervision
Job Types: Full-time

Experience:

Community Care: 1-3 years (Required)
Licence:
Certificate in Training & Assessment (Preferred)
OR
Bachelor in Social Science/Health Care degree (Preferred)
