As the America's based IOTG Healthcare Vertical Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving the Intel adoption of the complete line (Cross-Business Unit) of Intel-based solutions from Edge to Cloud in the medical equipment market, the healthcare provider market, and the Laboratory and life sciences.
We are looking for candidates that bring domain expertise in the healthcare industry, including experience working within the value chain or with strategic solutions providers. The ideal candidate will have a fluent understanding of healthcare policies and standards that are part of the medical equipment and laboratory business. The candidate will have experience in selling and supporting medical based solutions in the areas of Imaging, diagnostic equipment and or life sciences/laboratory solutions.
The successful applicant will be responsible for working along-side our field sellers targeting OEM and some ODM customers in pursuit of Intel design win success. The successful candidate will help the OEM partners to adopt Intel technologies by accurately representing the various elements in an OEM solution architecture and to articulate and lead the discussion around the Intel advantage in healthcare. Being able to articulate the technical merits of an Intel-based solution and linking it back to Intel's value in healthcare for our OEM customers is an essential part of being successful in the role.
The Healthcare Vertical Sales lead will be responsible for creating a virtual team across the region and develop plans to impact and enhance the design and enterprise win selling motion of that virtual team. The vertical lead from time to time will act in various roles including but not limited to consultant, technical advisor, sales manager, account leader, product specialist and business development lead. All the work is to help our customer understand the full value of Intel in healthcare.
The Vertical HLS lead will manage a close collaboration with account sales teams, at times co-owning relationships with customer/partner decision-makers, ultimately influencing the customers purchasing decision. The healthcare lead will be expected to track, manage, and influence a pipeline portfolio of design and enterprise wins across the various segments of the business, including medical imaging, diagnostic devices, and life sciences. Exceeding All design and enterprise consumption win targets are a critical part of the success criteria.
As a market/domain expert we expect a regular communication with our product divisions on gaps and trends, shaping future product planning specific to the healthcare market.
As a successful candidate, you must possess:
Understanding of solution architectures and software layers to connect edge devices to cloud and the value that brings to healthcare.
Affinity to work with customers to help define/develop solutions to fit their requirements.
Ability to perform on virtual teams working closely with business unit and sales leaders across the organization
Excellent communication skills in English
This role is a commissioned sales role. Primary focus is Americas with some international travel to be expected.
Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of proven enterprise-class solution selling or marketing management experience in the healthcare industry working with ODM, OEM, aggregator ecosystem and/or other solution providers; comfortable interfacing with all levels of management.
Preferred Qualifications:
BS in computer science, and/or engineering, business in related field
Track record of driving complex, competitive solution selling scenarios and negotiation skills leading to results.
Understanding of healthcare standards across the entire spectrum of healthcare segments.
Knowledge of healthcare or edge management software and remote healthcare management software and development tools
Additional language skills are desirable.
Working knowledge of SFDC reporting functions

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$147,750.00-$236,090.00

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
