Central Maine Heat Pumps is currently looking for a heat pump installer/technician.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES(Include but not limited to):

• Installation of units including mounting evaporator and condenser, electrical wiring from units, and putting unit in proper working order to meet CMHP standards.
• Must be customer service oriented and professional at all times.
• Must be professional at all times with co-workers.
• Coordinate directly with electricians during installations.
• Complete paperwork after all installations.
• Have the ability to work in ALL weather elements.

QUALIFICATIONS (required):

• Must have excellent customer service skills in every interaction.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with others.
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced team oriented environment.
• Must be able to comfortably lift 75 lbs, climb ladders, work on roofs and in crawl spaces in varying hot and cold temperatures as well as rain and snow conditions.
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic construction techniques.
• Excellent teamwork skills– able to establish collaborative working relationships with peers and supervisors.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Code of Conduct – Must be professional in customers homes.
• Valid Drivers license

Additional Qualification (desired but not required)

• EPA license

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $13.00 /hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Service Oriented: 1 year (Preferred)
