YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, HEG CREW SUPV, are to: 

• Lead crew in implementation and compliance with HSE;
• Development of people and team by coaching, teaching, creation of development plans and opportunities, and reviews;
• Enhance communications within the crew and throughout manufacturing area as to promote idea generation and motivation;
• Be accountable for maintaining high standards of operational excellence within crew responsibilities;
• Achieve business targets and improvements in areas of safety, quality, efficiency, and costs;
• Provide coordination of operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal unit operations;
• Promote and lead implementation of management, organization, and technical changes in the manufacturing area;
• Act as a troubleshooting resource.

Required Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or equivalent;
• At least three years previous experience working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach people and teams;
• Results oriented leadership approach;
• Capability to clearly present information and influence others through oral or written communications;
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems while exhibiting situational judgment.
