• Having prior experience in the heavy construction industry like Chemical, Petrochemical, Nuclear Power etc.
• Be able to review and or write method statements for heavy lifts (in the range of 200 tons and beyond) and coordinate well with the contractors
• Having knowledge of hydraulic and gantry type cranes as well as crane lifting capacities, crane load charts, proper rigging skills & knowledge of all HSE aspects of heavy lifting
• Speaking with foreigners with fluent English
