We are currently recruiting people for a special task force intended to improve front-to-back Hedge Funds processing (process and control design) between APAC accounts and Switzerland acting as their custodian, reduce dependency of main fund custodian by transferring fund positions to different transfer agents; as part of the transfer of fund positions, verify client eligibility of fund positions and take necessary actions if required (e.g. forced sales).

We will design and build an effective flow APAC-CH-APAC.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Coordination and collaboration with our colleagues in APAC operations and client advisor front offices

• Assessment and processing of fund documentation , self-reliant analysis and assessment of fund positions with custodians and transfer agents

• Self-reliant analysis and assessment of fund positions with custodians and transfer agents

• Manual placement of settlement/transfer instruction

• Monitoring of Hedge Fund transactions to ensure timely settlement. Systematic chasing and resolution of pending transfers, differences and breaks
• Pro-active interface management. Central point of contact for all kind of questions regarding hedge fund transfers
• Responsible for bank strategic transfers and continuous improvement of fund transfer processes
