Job Description
Job functions:
- Responsible for providing L1 support for users via phone, email or face to face
- Install, support and maintain computer hardware and software
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and computer services
Job requirements:
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
- 1-2 years related working experience in helpdesk/ deskside support
- Wide range of IT knowledge on VMWare, O365, AD, Windows, Linux etc.
- Good command in Cantonese & English
