1.Handle Desktop support in a primarily Microsoft environment
2.Hardware & software installation, support and maintenance; such as MS Office
3.Network troubleshooting and recovery services
4.Provide technical support to users
5.Provide software and hardware troubleshooting and recovery services;
6.Meeting Support for users
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1.Good knowledge of Microsoft Products
2.Good knowledge on Network settings
3.PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages
4.Strong sense of responsibility and fast learner
5.Strong communication and coordination skills
6.Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated
