Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Team Lead to monitor / mentor a team of IT Helpdesk Engineers (6 members)
  • Perform system operation & maintain IT/ Service Desk Team procedures
  • Control data backup and restoration.
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs and routine checking of the computing services.
  • Daily support the operational tasks, routine reports and documentation works
  • Perform the change and configuration management.
  • Meet the corresponding service level agreement (SLA)
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures and performance statistics for all computer systems.
  • Collect users' requirement and regular meeting with clients 

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in in IT or related disciplines
  • 4-6 years experience preferably in Information Technology (Service Desk / Call Centre / Data Centre) field
  • Sound knowledge with technical background 
  • With ITIL knowledge 
  • Working experience in incident management, service requests, problem resolving and change Management
  • Good interpersonal communication skill
  • Responsible and mature, have a sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Service Desk Specialist
