Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform and monitor the helpdesk services of the group
- Advise and monitor the team to provide technical assistance over the phone or email to customers
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
- Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel or onsite engineers
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2-4 years of helpdesk experience / service-desk / IT support
- Technical skills in various Server, PC, Windows OS, AD administration, hardware and peripherals
- Good leadership, management and communication skills
- Open mind and easy to adapt changes
- Customer-oriented, resourceful, proactive to provide solutions and good communication skills
- Priority will be given to those who have team leading experience
- Without leadership expensive but solid experience in helpdesk / service desk / customer service will be considered
