Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and monitor the helpdesk services of the group 
  • Advise and monitor the team to provide technical assistance over the phone or email to customers
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel or onsite engineers

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 2-4 years of helpdesk experience / service-desk / IT support 
  • Technical skills in various Server, PC, Windows OS, AD administration, hardware and peripherals
  • Good leadership, management and communication skills
  • Open mind and easy to adapt changes 
  • Customer-oriented, resourceful, proactive to provide solutions and good communication skills
  • Priority will be given to those who have team leading experience
  • Without leadership expensive but solid experience in helpdesk / service desk / customer service will be considered
