Job Description
Job Duties:
- Providing technical on-site, face to face VIP IT support, including installation, PC troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
- Have extensive VIP support experience
- Excellent client facing experience
- Have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)
- Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
- Provides end to end user support, advice and guidance around Document recovery, Emails & Personal Folder recovery, Data management, Mobile Managed Provisioning / User Support
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science/ Information Technology
- At least 3-5 years or above relevant experience in IT support
- Fluent English is a must
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and good communication skill
- Good communication skill and willing to teamwork
- HK Permanent Resident is required
