Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Providing technical on-site, face to face VIP IT support, including installation, PC troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance
  • Have extensive VIP support experience
  • Excellent client facing experience
  • Have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android)
  • Responds to customer questions regarding operation and malfunctions.
  • Provides end to end user support, advice and guidance around Document recovery, Emails & Personal Folder recovery, Data management, Mobile Managed Provisioning / User Support

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Computer Science/ Information Technology
  • At least 3-5 years or above relevant experience in IT support
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Self-motivated, strong problem solving and good communication skill
  • Good communication skill and willing to teamwork
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
