Job Description
We invite high calibre candidates to fill the following position:
Helpdesk Support Engineer - on shift (Ref: IT/ HSE)
Responsibilities:
Provide IT support and resolve technical issues for both proprietary systems and other common applications
Install, monitor and maintain hardware, network infrastructure and software applications
Assist in project implementation, establishing guidelines and conducting user training
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or IT related training
3 years or above experience in frontline help desk support is an advantage
Knowledge of IT Applications such as MS Windows, MS Office, antivirus products and networks infrastructure are preferred
Good communication and organizational skills, Chinese report writing and typing skill are preferred
A good team player, flexible, able to analyze requirements and meet deadlines
