Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide on-site support to end users
  • Provide technical support on desktop computers, mobile devices and office automation systems such as email systems, networked file systems and etc.
  • Responsible for configuration and setup, operational support as well as troubleshooting

 

Job Requirement:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience on IT helpdesk / desk side support
  • Solid understand of Windows OS, hardware, network support such as PC Lan support
  • Knowledge in support Windows server 2008 / 2012 is highly preferable
  • Knowledge in Lotus Notes mail support and confidential mail system is an advantage
  • Willing to learn, a good team player with good communication skills
  • HK Permanent Resident is required
