Job title: Helpdesk Technician

Report to: Team Leader/ IT Manager

About this Job:


Support all the personnel or shared IT assets and employees to make sure that use have a high quality personnel IT working environment. Solve the incident once it happened;


Install, configure, maintain and replace the PC client to ensure all PC client operation smoothly;

  • Install and configure the system of PC clients.

  • Install, management and maintain software of PC clients.

  • Fix the hardware or solve software issues of the PC clients.

  • Coordinate and cooperate with vendors to resolve hardware problem.

Operate the IT helpdesk to accept, record, distribute and close the IT request to make a quick respond to employees’ request and provide professional IT support by:

  • Provide the technical support for employees on PC hardware or software create Email account and resolve relevant problem.

  • Create the assess right of users.

  • Daily maintenance of printer and scanner and other IT assets in meeting rooms.

Management of IT resources to prevent loss by:

  • Manage the IT spares warehouse.

  • Maintain the IT assets list.

Test new application system and new software availability to ensure all new system or software could be configured on PC;

Take over other tasks as assigned by IT manager.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above,

  • 2 years of helpdesk or technical support.

  • English fluency

  • ITIL foundation required

  • Excellent communication skill; Teamwork spirit; Strong sense of responsibilities
