Full-time Academic Manager needed in Huaian, starting in one month.

Job Description:
• In charge of International Foundation program in a high school in Huaian
• Grade level: 11 & 12
• Class size: 15-25 students/each
• be responsible for liaising with staffs in UK
• managing of instructional staff
• maintaining the integrity of student-related data
• be responsible for quality assurance of academic programs and services offered
• be able to teach EAP or A-Level Maths

Requirements:
• Master’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience working with international students in higher education
• At least 5 years’ experience as a supervisor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to quality assurance in teaching and learning
• Teachers Certificate: TEFL, TESOL etc. preferred
