Vacancy:High school Chemistry teacher

Main Responsibilities:
1. Teaching: Responsible for delivering high school chemistry courses, including but not limited to international curricula (e.g., IB, AP, A-Level), ensuring students achieve the learning objectives.
2. Curriculum Design and Development: Develop and design chemistry curriculum plans, lesson plans, and teaching materials in accordance with international curriculum standards and school requirements. Continuously optimize teaching content and methods.
3. Student Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess students' learning progress through tests and evaluations, providing timely feedback and guidance to enhance their learning outcomes.
4. Extracurricular Tutoring and Activity Organization: Organize and guide students in chemistry experiments, competitions, and other activities to develop their practical skills and innovative thinking.
5. Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' academic performance, addressing their concerns and collaborating to support student development.
6. Professional Development: Participate in school-organized educational research activities to update teaching philosophies and methods. Attend relevant training and further education to enhance professional competence.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers to accomplish school-wide teaching tasks and organize activities.

Salary:Pretax 22k-30k

Requirements & Qualifications:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry or a related field. Possess a high school teaching certificate.
2. Teaching Experience: At least 3 years of teaching experience in high school chemistry. Experience with international curricula is preferred.
3. Professional Knowledge: Strong foundation in chemistry, with familiarity in international curriculum systems and teaching methodologies.
4. Language Skills: Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to teach and communicate effectively in English.
5. Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of maintaining positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. Innovative Mindset: Innovative and practical, able to design and organize engaging chemistry experiments and activities.
