Position: Dormitory Supervisor
Location: Shenzhen
Employment Type: Full-time, approx. 210 working days per year
Salary: RMB 10.000-12,000
Nationality: Foreign national preferred
Experience: Previous dormitory management experience required
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of student dormitories ensuring safety, cleanliness, and a positive living environment.
Supervise and support students living in the dormitory, addressing their needs and concerns.
Enforce dormitory rules and school policies consistently and fairly.
Coordinate with school staff, parents, and security personnel to ensure student welfare.
Organize and lead dormitory meetings, activities, and events to promote community and student engagement.
Monitor student behavior and provide guidance or disciplinary action as necessary.
Maintain records related to dormitory attendance, incidents, and maintenance requests.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or conflicts within the dormitory.
Assist with dormitory move-in and move-out procedures.
Contribute to the overall pastoral care program supporting students’ well-being and development.
