Job Description:
1. To teach E L A in a international program inpublic high school;
2. To provide the best possible teaching and learning processes and environment for the students;
3. To facilitate the attainment of each students full potential and develop non-academic as well as academic skills via the teaching of the subject;
4. To track and analyze student progress and prepare lessons to meet student needs;
5. To keep detailed records of tutoring sessions using Student Progress Records and/or relevant forms;
6. To attend Team Meetings and work closely with Center Program Director to meet students’ academic goals；
7. 12-16 class for one week include teaching、examination、laboratory and Q&A class；
8. Students from grade 10 - 12

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in economics or other related majors;
2. Familiar with knowledge points of AP macro and AP micro;
3. Has more than 2 years of teaching experience with Chinese students;
4. Friendly, patient, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse group of students, possessing love for teaching.

Salary and benefit
1.17,000-23,000 RMB befor tax per month
2.2000 RMB housing allowance per month
3.Full pay in winter holiday；half pay in first year summer holiday （second year will be full pay）
4.No office time
5.12-16 class per week
