Basic information about the Position
Our school is an international high school attached to Yichang Jindongfang Education Group, and the whole group consists of 2 kindergartens, 4 primary schools, two middle schools and two high schools(one conventional +us). Currently we have around 200 students in total, from grade 9 to 12.
Recruitment procedure: online interview+demo class(online or classroom teaching)

Work Time: 8a.m.---5:10 p.m.
Curriculum: UK IGCSE and Alevel, IELTS
Class size: no more than 25 students
Workload: 15-20 classes/week+ temporary tutorials when necessary
Class duration: 40 min

Position Description
(1) To make teaching plans and deliver lessons according to Criteria and students' level using a variety of learning activities.
(2) To give an examination on students at the end of semesters and complete an examination analysis according to departmental schemes of assessment.
(3) To prepare teaching materials before class, set daily video-homework, collect and correct homework, quizzes, tests, exams and provide feedback and record concerns to students.
(4) To recognize students with learning difficulties or personal problems and provide individual help to them in a timely fashion
(5) To take part in reviews of schemes of work, assessments and resources to improve the delivery of English Criteria.
(6) To take an active role in the department, participate fully in meetings and professional development activities
(7) To provide a well-organized and worthwhile extra-curricular activity such as CAS /drama course
(8) To take part in students' learning strategy supervision
(9) To plan at least 1 period earlier, make PowerPoint teaching plans if necessary and submit as requested.
(10) To share teaching experience in the department.
(11) To support all the activities related to English.
(12) All the working details mentioned above as well as the teaching result will be recorded and checked at the end of the semester.
(13) To be responsible for students' safety during class.
(14) To keep all the teaching materials, teaching facilities in good shape and keep his/her own working environment clean and tidy
(15) To fill in the communication books in time and be patient while talking with parents
(16) To comply with instructions from the school and cooperate with teachers to do temporary assignments.
