Responsibilities:
Design and implement lessons to required standards of English language, subject knowledge teaching;
Develop and use suitable supplementary materials for the best learning efficiency and result of students;
To apply scientific, effective and appropriate classroom management methods and skills to guarantee teaching activities are carried out efficiently;
Contribute consistently on subject construction and improving;
Take on administrative work and/or projects including, but not limited to, cataloguing supplementary materials, giving workshops and organizing extra-curricular events, as directed by the school;
Be responsible for students’ welfare and progress;
Prepare and provide open-class for both internal workshop and marketing purpose.

Requirements:
English Native Speaker preferred (U.S.A, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa);
Commitment to education as life-long career;
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university;
Major in education, English or subjects-related majors;
CELTA/TEFL certificate or equivalent;
A minimum of 5-year of Teaching experience is required;
Able to get a Criminal Background Check;
Applicants have specialties on debate, public speech or performing arts are highly preferred;
Abilities to understand and adapt to cultural differences.
