About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Native English-speaking EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teacher to join our dynamic faculty in Huangpu District, Guangzhou. This role focuses on supporting junior and senior high school students with diverse language proficiency levels, designing differentiated instruction aligned with international education standards, and fostering an immersive English learning environment. You will collaborate with subject teachers to integrate language support into core curricula while enjoying the flexibility of no fixed office hours.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver differentiated EAL lessons for secondary students, aligned with curriculum goals.
•Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
•Collaborate with subject teachers to support EAL learners in mainstream courses.
•Communicate with parents/guardians on student development and home learning guidance.
•Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Education: Master’s degree or above in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or related fields (non-negotiable).
•Language: Native English speaker with impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience: Preferred 2+ years of EAL teaching experience in secondary education; international school background is a plus.
