Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Fluent English speaker/ Chinese Bilingual Speaker;
2.Bachelor’s degree or above (English/Education related majors preferred);
3.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4.Clear criminal background check;
5.Two years of previous teaching experience in related field;
6.Teaching license preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 27,000 to 33,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.If you have earned a degree from or worked at a well-known university in the world, or if you have led students to achieve significant success in the fields of artificial intelligence, information technology, mathematics or science, your starting annual salary will be 500,000 RMB per year;
3.Housing allowance 5,000 RMB per month available;
4.Perfect Attendance bonus: 1,000 RMB/semester;
5.Performance bonus: up to one month’s salary/year;
6.Work visa provided;

9.Flight reimbursement 10,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
