Job Requirements
- Native English speaker with authentic pronunciation and fluent language skills
- Solid high school English/ESL teaching experience
- Age requirement: under 45 years old
- Patient, responsible, and enthusiastic about adolescent education
- Able to deliver engaging, student-centered ESL lessons and support students’ academic English development
Salary & Full Benefits Package
- Monthly Salary: RMB 25,000 – 30,000
- 12-month full salary (fully paid summer and winter vacations)
- Meal Allowance: RMB 400 per month for campus dining

Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality ESL courses for high school students in line with international teaching standards
- Prepare lesson plans, conduct classroom teaching, assign and assess homework regularly
- Improve students’ English listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities
- Cooperate with the teaching team to participate in academic activities and curriculum development
- Maintain good classroom management and positive teacher-student relationships
