International High School Teacher

Only Native English Speaker from Native English-speaking Countries

Responsibilities:
• Teach ESL, EFL, IELTS, and English Literature courses to students from G9-G12
• Create a student-centered classroom environment
• Complete teaching plans, lesson preparation, and other teaching-related tasks on time
• Assign appropriate homework and provide individual feedback to students
• Use the student management system to mark assignments, record grades and give feedback in a timely manner
• Supervise classes and maintain accurate records of student performance
• Organize or participate in student extracurricular activities such as student debates and English Drama Show
• Support the work of the school and the English department
Requirements:
• Native English speaker
• Master’s degree or above (English-related major preferred)
• TEFL or TESOL certification required, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
• In-depth knowledge of your teaching specialism (e.g. ESL, IELTS, English Literature)
• Experience teaching IGCSE/A-Level courses preferred
• Prior teaching experience in schools in China preferred
• Strong teaching ability and classroom management skills
• Ability to design engaging, student-centered lessons
• Professional appearance; no visible tattoos
