operating duty:
1. Responsible for teaching IELTS speaking courses.
2. Timely feedback of students' learning status, and constantly improve the teaching quality.
3. Actively participate in training, teaching and research, meetings and other school activities.
4. Other work related to teaching.
Job requirements:
1. Abide by Chinese laws and regulations. Love education career, have a sense of responsibility and good professional ethics.
2. Native English, with relevant teaching experience.
3. Teacher qualification (TEFL \ CELTA or TESOL certificate).
4. More than two years of teaching experience in related disciplines.
5. Bachelor degree or above.
6. Have excellent teacher quality, respect and treat every student fairly.

Other instructions:
1. Full-time post
2. Working hours: 8:00 am-17:00 PM from Monday to Friday (1.5 hours off at noon)
3. Double weekends, enjoy about 2.5 months of winter and summer vacation
4. Salary and benefits: 27.5-32.5K / month, provide rental housing (or rental subsidy), and enjoy a transportation subsidy of 8,500 yuan after one year
