Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above (subject related majors preferred);
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum of 2 years previous full-time, school-based teaching experience;
5.PGCE/QTS/US Teaching license or other equivalent teaching qualification;
6.Excellent working knowledge of English National Curriculum preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary from 255,000 RMB to 438,000 RMB per year based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 2,500 to 4,000 RMB per month available;
3.Work visa provided;
