Job Description
1. Provide day-to-day instructional excellence to each student following curriculum;
2. Implement and model high standards of work practice and review, critically reflecting, and evaluating own practice;
3. Show great individual care and support for the students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences to provide engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning;
4. Establish clear instructional objectives, utilizing core teaching resources and supplementary materials;
5. Assess and analyze student progress to inform instruction and provide constructive feedback to promote students’ progress towards standards;
6. Work cooperatively with fellow-staff members and administrators as it pertains to specific grade levels and programs;
7. Attend staff meetings, teacher workdays and professional development activities as assigned or recommended;
8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department;
Requirements：
1. Master’s Degree or above (subject related majors preferred);
2. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3. Clear criminal background check;
4. A minimum 2 years of previous subject related teaching experience in a school setting;
5. Qualified teaching status preferred;

Salary and Benefits：
1. Base salary 200,000 to 400,000 RMB annually (based on qualification and experience);
2. Benefit package 105,000 RMB (before tax) annually provided, including:
