Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate High School English Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to students, following the prescribed curriculum. Key responsibilities include:
• Delivering day-to-day instructional excellence to each student, ensuring they meet the highest academic standards.
• Implementing and modeling high standards of work practice, critically reflecting on and evaluating your own teaching methods.
• Showing great individual care and support for students, promoting learning styles that cater to individual differences and provide engagement in rigorous, relevant, and significant learning.
• Establishing clear instructional objectives and utilizing core teaching resources and supplementary materials effectively.
• Assessing and analyzing student progress to inform instruction and providing constructive feedback to promote students’ progress towards standards.
• Working cooperatively with fellow staff members and administrators, especially in relation to specific grade levels and programs.
• Attending staff meetings, teacher workdays, and professional development activities as assigned or recommended.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of Department.
Requirements
• Master’s Degree or above (subject-related majors preferred).
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification.
• Clear criminal background check.
• A minimum of 2 years of previous subject-related teaching experience in a school setting.
• Qualified teaching status preferred.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
• Base salary ranging from 200,000 to 400,000 RMB annually (based on qualification and experience).
• Benefit package of 105,000 RMB (before tax) annually, which includes:
