Job Description:
-Organizing effective teaching and learning process
-Creating a learner-friendly and secure academic environment; ensuring
-Students’ steady academic competence and performance in the Areas of
study
-Providing academic guidance and professional counseling in the areas
related to their studies focus and career planning
-Ongoing upgrading of personal professional level via integrating modern
teaching and learning strategies and techniques into daily teaching practice to maintain the standards and quality of training provided in accordance with our School Educational Philosophy
-Participating in and contributing to our School Scheme of Professional Development
-Demonstrating model personal professional ethics and culture of a facilitator in the process of teaching and training with the ability to critically assess their personal educational role
