Requirements
✓ Fluent English teaching, native English speaker is preferred.
✓ A Bachelor’s degree or above, candidate holding a degree major in English, Education or a related is preferred.
✓ TESOL/CELTA/TEFL or other teaching certificate.
✓ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience.

Responsibilities
✓ Complete the specified class hours (20 classes per week, 40 minutes per class), develop targeted teaching plans based on the specific situation of students, and execute and complete teaching tasks.
✓ Provide after-school tutoring and Q&A for students, assign homework and check feedback on time.
✓ Regular testing (quiz, mid-term, and final exams).
✓ Conduct learning, communication, and collective lesson preparation.
✓ Actively participate in teacher training and monthly teacher assessment self-evaluation.
✓ Experience with differentiation and inquiry-based pedagogy is desirable.
✓ Have the flexibility and resilience to positively manage the ambiguity and challenge of working in a relatively new school.
✓ All teaching staff must be culturally sensitive and internationally- minded.
✓ All teaching staff are expected to collaborate with colleagues to establish a positive school culture.
✓ Maintain student behavioral standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment during group experiments, practices and performances.
✓ Keep track of students in and outside classrooms.
