Job Description
Location:Guangzhou
Job requirement:
1.Has a bachelor degree or above in Literature or English;
2.More than 2 years of teaching experience in Literature,academy writing or English.
3.More than 2 years of teacher management experience.
4.Being self-motivated, responsible and has passion in education
5.Easy to cooperate with, follow the school’s rules
Job responsibility:
1.Making sure all teachers are assigning proper amounts of homework and sending back quality feedback in a timely manner.
2.Assisting in the creation of new courses within the department as well as the regular refinement of the existing curriculum .
3.Scheduling and chairing weekly department meetings to review problems and performance, plan for following week.
4.Conducting routine observations of all teachers within the department; submit feedback to Academic Vice Principal and/or AAO.
5.Preparing and leading department enrichment trainings, 2x month on topics deemed necessary and/or appropriate for enhancing the teaching quality/ability of staff
6.Making sure all teachers are assigning proper amounts of homework and sending back quality feedback in a timely manner
7.Coordinating cover for absent teachers (serving as a substitute themselves or working with AAO to find cover from elsewhere)
