Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in English literature/Linguistics/English preferred;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.A minimum 3 years subject teaching experience;
5.Familiar in US common core/AP courses teaching or having AP courses teaching certificate is a plus;
6.PGCE/QTS/US teaching license or other equivalent teaching certification preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary 30,000 to 35,000 RMB per month before tax (negotiable based on experience and qualifications);
2.Housing allowance 3,500 RMB per month available;
3.Work visa provided;

6.Flight reimbursement 6,000 to 8,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
